that been checked and cleaded new fuel filter s thanks found the guy on the french car thing

Good, theres a fair ammount of expertise on there. If the primer bulb is collapsing (I think that's what was happening) it can only be caused by a restriction in the fuel feed from the tank, have you tried using an airline to push some pressure back down the fuel line from the filter end?
