Great film.
I have an XM. My friend's dad has an Audi S8. His sister has a Merc of similar vintage (but sadly not a 6.9). My stepbrother has just bought a blue Peugeot 406. All we need is a BMW 5-series and a couple of 605s and we're away  -------------------- 1992 Citroen XM 2.0 I Automatic (daily driver)

Funny you should mention that Peter, after the S1/S2 hybrid got finally rammed, Leanne just said to me "I don't know how you can watch this, all those XMs getting wrecked, what're you going to do??".
I said "Its not so bad, new bumper, new wing...".... then they shot out the back window and started riddling it with holes  The chase with the big silver V is still to come Love this film, you'll never see better action shots of XMs in action in their native environment! I couldn't watch it either, we don't get channel 5 (or cable) here in Otley

I didn't need to watch it - I have the Double Disk Delux Special Edition of the film on DVD so can remind myself of the Fantastic cash scenes anytime!

I've owned a 450SEL 6.9. It was an utterly awesome tool, but the manic thirst got the better of me quite quickly. The Ronin chase is all a bit silly, I doubt if even a 24V XM could honestly live with a 6.9. Great to see an XM being put to better use than John Thaw could manage, though!
