I 'v a 1990 2.0i running with lpg, later i send some photos. I think thers lot of space.
To avoid explositions by the admission, just pay more atention to the spark plugs, air filter and electric distributor cables (those to the spark plugs, forgett my english ).
In an other car that i use to drive, when i start to feel that the combustion wasn't so good, i make an inspection, the cables are very important when runnig on lpg, with petrol, allways work.

To the other user witch is the comsumption on lpg?

Well I seem to be getting 280-300 miles on 48 litres of LPG out of my manual 2.0i Prestige (with Aircon) Using a very basic Venturi based setup with no lambda feedback, however I have aquired an S2 TurboCT whcih I am about to convert at my leasure with a sequential kit, haveing purchased a new unused SGI ECU very cheap from E-bay, so I am now looking for an injection Vaporiser and gas injectors to fit to it.

Got the Auto CT on gas now, using an old ETAgas CIS system. Its a multipoint system but not sequential, but umlike the modern SGi systems it is fully mappable whcih is nice, so its time to start playing with the Boost!.

Working well with no tweaks returning 280 miles to a tank, whcih is about the same as my manual 2.0i
